Comprised of representatives from the parishes, regional courts and the JRCs, a planning committee is appointed to:
a) Clarify the proposal
b) Initiate and co-ordinate the moves toward closer cooperation.
c) Investigate what are the forms of cooperation that can begin immediately.
d) Clarify objectives in mission, worship, stewardship and resources.
e) Discuss the most appropriate type of venture for the situation.
f) Advise the JRC of steps being taken and involve Partners
g) Inform and consult with the appropriate officers of the Partners about the developments.
